This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Sydmar through our website.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Due to the nature of food products, Sydmar does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
This includes ordering the wrong item, no longer wanting the product, or incorrect quantities ordered.
Due to health and safety regulations, perishable, refrigerated and frozen products cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Sydmar does not offer refunds for perishable or chilled items that are left unattended after delivery and/or affected by delivery delays outside our control, such as spoilage due to customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries containing perishable or chilled goods.
