2. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging, labelling and appearance may vary due to supplier changes.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.


3. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges or availability.

Sydmar reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted).


4. Food Products Disclaimer

Products are supplied as packaged by manufacturers and distributors.

Ingredient and allergen information is provided where available; however, manufacturers may change ingredients or formulations without notice.

Customers are responsible for reading product labels before consumption.

Sydmar is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from undisclosed, updated or incorrectly interpreted ingredient information.


5. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sydmar makes no warranties or representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, accuracy or completeness of the products or content on this website, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

All products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.


6. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and third-party payment providers.

Sydmar does not store or have access to your credit card details.


7. Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Sydmar is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability.


8. Authority to Leave

If you authorise a delivery to be left unattended (including by selecting “authority to leave” with a courier), you acknowledge that Sydmar is not responsible for loss, theft or damage that occurs after delivery.

This is particularly important for perishable, refrigerated or chilled goods.


9. Perishable Goods and Chilled Delivery

Some products sold by Sydmar are perishable or require refrigerated or chilled handling.

Chilled and frozen products are packed using appropriate insulation and cooling materials to help maintain product quality during transit.

Once an order has been dispatched, Sydmar is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive deliveries containing perishable or chilled goods.

Sydmar is not responsible for spoilage, damage or quality issues resulting from unattended deliveries, customer unavailability or incorrect delivery details.

Risk and responsibility for perishable and chilled goods pass to the customer upon delivery.


10. Third-Party Services and Couriers

Sydmar may engage third-party service providers, including courier and logistics companies, to fulfil orders.

Sydmar is not responsible for the actions, delays or failures of third-party service providers, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.


11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with Sydmar’s Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
